Please Note: Some products, such as mining products and electric bikes, may be subject to additional conditions for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to specific manufacturers’ policies or warranty terms.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged:

  • Opened or Used Products: Any product that has been opened or used beyond testing (e.g., electric bikes or smart lighting solutions that have been assembled or used) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Custom Orders: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Hygiene Products: Products like Himalayan salt that are opened and used may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
  • Perishable Goods: Products like moringa, if opened or nearing expiration, cannot be returned.

3. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  3. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable). If the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or wear, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  5. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the criteria for a refund or exchange. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or send you a replacement product.

4. Refunds
